To ensure a high substantive and editorial level of published scientific and didactic works, all scientific and didactic publications of Scientific Publishing House IVG undergo a peer-review process before being approved for editorial and printing. At least two independent reviewers are appointed to evaluate each submitted publication. The adopted solution is a model in which the author(s) and reviewers do not know their identities (so-called "double-blind review"). The review is in writing and ends with an unequivocal conclusion as to whether the article/monograph should be accepted for publication or rejected. The publication will be qualified/rejected if the substantive and editorial criteria are met/not met. Publishers have a strict plagiarism policy. We check for any plagiarism issues using two methods: the plagiarism prevention tool (plagiat.pl) and the review process. Our Editorial office follows the rules of academic writing and academic ethics, avoiding plagiarism, self-plagiarism, and other questionable writing practices: A guide to ethical writing, available on the Internet. Editors and reviewers will anonymously review all manuscripts in accordance with guidelines expressly provided by COPE http://publicationethics.org. Ghostwriting and guest authorship "Reliability in science is one of its qualitative foundations. Readers should be sure that the authors of publications present the results of their work in a transparent, reliable and honest manner, regardless of whether they are its direct authors or have used the assistance of a specialized entity (persons the ethical attitude of a researcher and the highest editorial standards should be evidenced by the disclosure of information about entities contributing to the creation of the publication (substantive, material, financial contribution, etc.), which is a manifestation not only of good manners, but also of social responsibility. All detected cases will be unmasked, including notification of relevant entities (institutions employing authors, scientific societies, associations of scientific editors, etc.). In order to prevent cases of "ghostwriting", "guest authorship", the editors oblige the authors to send a signed statement on this matter" (Ministry of Science and Higher Education).
